Frequently asked questions

Can I book on my own?

Yes, you can also book a single place. For just one person, however, tempering the chocolate isn't worthwhile – if too few people have signed up for a date, we may have to reschedule it. We'll get in touch with you if so.

From what age?

The praline workshop is for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over. For children aged 6 to 12 we offer our children's workshop.

Do I need any previous experience?

No. We show you every step.

What do I take home?

All the pralines you make – lovingly packaged. You'll also receive the recipes, so you can carry on at home.

Is the workshop also held in English?

Yes, every workshop is bilingual: we explain all steps in German and English.

Can I give the workshop as a gift?

Yes, as a gift voucher. It can be used for our workshops and our entire range.

Can you cater for allergies and vegan diets?

Yes. If we know in advance, we adapt the ingredients to the participants – vegan is possible too. A short note when booking or by email is all we need.

How do I get to you, and is there parking?

The studio is at Marktstraße 15 in Munich-Schwabing, a few minutes' walk from Münchner Freiheit, served by the U3 and U6 underground lines as well as trams and buses – the easiest way to get here. Nearby there is a paid public car park with a barrier; on-street parking with a ticket is possible, but you need a bit of luck.

What is your cancellation policy?

We know that plans can change. That is why we offer a fair and transparent solution:

Cancellation more than 7 days (168 hours) before the workshop
If you cancel more than 7 days before your booked date, we will refund the full workshop fee.

Cancellation within 7 days of the workshop
If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop, we will issue a voucher for the amount of the workshop fee.
The voucher can be redeemed against our entire range of products and workshops and is freely transferable.

No-show
If you do not attend without cancelling in advance, the claim to a refund or voucher expires.
