Frequently asked questions

What does a team event with you look like?

After a welcome, we show you step by step how pralines are made. Then everyone designs their own, and at the end you take everything home packaged. We agree on the duration with you.

How many people can take part in a corporate event?

Just get in touch with your approximate number of participants – we'll find the right solution together, whether for a small team or a larger group.

Do you also offer appointments in the evening or on weekends?

Yes – especially for corporate events and Christmas parties, we accommodate your schedule, even outside of regular workshop hours.

Can English-speaking colleagues take part?

Yes, we explain every step in German and English.

Can we receive an invoice for our company?

Of course. You will receive an invoice containing all the information required for accounting purposes.

Can we add drinks?

Yes, you can add drinks of your choice on request – from sparkling to cosy, whatever suits your team.

Can you cater for allergies and vegan diets?

Yes. If we know in advance, we adapt the ingredients to the participants – vegan is possible too. A short note when booking or by email is all we need.

How do I get to you, and is there parking?

The studio is at Marktstraße 15 in Munich-Schwabing, a few minutes' walk from Münchner Freiheit, served by the U3 and U6 underground lines as well as trams and buses – the easiest way to get here. Nearby there is a paid public car park with a barrier; on-street parking with a ticket is possible, but you need a bit of luck.

Is there a chocolate factory in Munich for company parties?

We don't offer factory tours – with us, you make the chocolate yourselves: in the praline workshop your team creates its own pralines instead of just watching.

How quickly will we receive a response to our inquiry?

Usually within 1–2 business days with an individual appointment proposal.

What is your cancellation policy?

We know that plans can change. That is why we offer a fair and transparent solution:

Cancellation more than 7 days (168 hours) before the workshop
If you cancel more than 7 days before your booked date, we will refund the full workshop fee.

Cancellation within 7 days of the workshop
If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop, we will issue a voucher for the amount of the workshop fee.
The voucher can be redeemed against our entire range of products and workshops and is freely transferable.

No-show
If you do not attend without cancelling in advance, the claim to a refund or voucher expires.
